SuperGreens sauce for pasta and other dishes

Here is a recipe of a sauce that I created and that it is inspired by the flavors and colors of the pesto sauce. I find it very soothing for my digestion, it is very healthy, and it also tastes real good. I use it a lot for pastas or when I want to give a twist to my salads and vegetables.

Enjoy!!!

Ingredients (serving size varies according to consistency)

1. 1 handful of spinach,

2. 1 tablespoon of walnuts

3. ½ teaspoon of Himalayan salt

4. ¼ cup of olive oil

5. ½ garlic clove

6. 2 slices of avocado

1 t 1 teaspoon of honey or raw sugar to taste

Procedure

1. Soak walnuts in water overnight. Discard the water the next day.

2. Bring all ingredients to a food processor and blend.

3. Add water if needed for a less viscous consistency.

4. Serve with your favorite pasta or salad.
